The Wellness Primer provides a holistic approach to mind health, diet, movement and lifestyle all on a holistic wellness coaching app, with flexible programs so that you can realign balance back into your life and reach your desired health goals.
Instead, we take a holistic approach to your health to see what works for you individually. We examine not only the food we eat and movement we do, but other factors too! These include things like our relationship with ourselves and others, how our mental and emotional state affects our health and what truly motivates us to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.

I am Ciana - founder of the Wellness Primer, certified holistic wellness & mindfulness coach, and PT. I am excited to introduce a new coaching experience with a holistic approach to mind, body, energy and self development. Dedicated to helping you find balance and harmony in every area of your life.
In 2019, my journey began during my time doing volunteer work in Cambodia, where I had an A-HA moment that changed everything. While walking along an off the beaten track road with the local doctor, visiting families to help them with their health, I realized that I wanted to dedicate my life to supporting others on their health and wellness journey!
Inspired by this experience, I decided to channel this passion into helping others nurture their mind, body, and spirit. Today, I combine NLP coaching, PT training with modern wellness techniques. Together, we can work toward creating a life where you feel vibrant, balanced, and hit your health goals.
