These include things like our relationship with ourselves and others, how our mental and emotional state affects our health and what truly motivates us to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.

I am Ciana - founder of the Wellness Primer, certified holistic wellness & mindfulness coach, and PT. I am excited to introduce a new coaching experience with a holistic approach to mind, body, energy and self development.
In 2019, I discovered my 'AHA' moment while doing public health volunteer work in Asia, and decided from that moment on, it was time to start putting my passion to use! Working in the fast paced sales industry for years, I too understand the struggle of trying to balance work, stress, diet and life commitments with a combined healthy lifestyle.
With a strong passion to help people with their health and unlock their full potential, The Wellness Primer was created!
