New Year, Better You! ✨
Getting ready to set those New Year's resolutions for a fresh start in 2024? The Wellness Primer has got you covered! Check out our top 5 tips below on how to make those resolutions stick. Let's make this year the best one yet! 💪
1. Create your mindset for success
The only thing you have complete control over is your mental attitude.
Reprogam old forms of thinking and self limiting beliefs and believe you can. Visualise your goals everyday. Listen to motivational podcasts, read self development books. Shift your mindset to succeed and you will have a much higher chance of reaching your goals.
2. Create a vision board
This is one of my favourite ways to stick to my goals.
Put your goals for 2024 in imagery form on a Word document, print them off and stick to A3 page, or in your vision board that comes in The Wellness Primer planner. Look at your vision board every day as your subconscious mind gets to work.
3. Plan your goals
Effective planning when it comes to your goals is key to avoiding failure. Having everything in your head and not written down can generally lead to overwhelm and no results being accomplished.
Once you have that picture of what you want to do and who you want to be, writing out and planning your goals ensures you pursue your desire. 1 hour of planning saves 3 hours of execution.
4. Are your goals are too small?
Kind reminder - It takes the same amount of energy to dream big vs dream small. If your goals are too small, this can fail to excite your imagination. Set large and exciting goals- a dream that drives you. This creates a more fulfilling outcome, and you are more inclined to keep pursuing to reach those higher value accomplishments.
5. Movement
Move often, whether is brisk walk, working out or yoga. The more you move the better you feel, creating new serges of energy.

There is only one more month left of 2023.. Start thinking about those goals you've been putting off and make a plan.
